At L.A.C.E.S. we empower the next generation of youth leaders in Liberia teaching teamwork, mentorship, and engaging them through sports to combat the effects of poverty and civil war repercussions. Through soccer practices and game time they develop both skills and build their character. We coach the player, mentor the person, and see the potential. L.A.C.E.S. fosters the development of communities on and off the playing field.
Costs are minimal: $1 per day per child. The outcomes are countless. In Liberia, we have fought against corruption, poverty and have battled the Ebola outbreak of 2014 together, by spreading awareness and by working together as a community.
